Demandbase: Sales Kickoff Video Opening 2016

At the beginning of every year Demandbase puts on a sales kickoff meeting for the entire staff. Lots of review of the previous year, goals for the new year, etc. This is an internal event that is meant to psych everybody up. One way we do that is by making an opening video highlighting the past ups, the soon to be ups, the craziness of our company culture and catching the embarrassing moments at parties/events. These videos always get hoots, hollers, laughs, etc. but most importantly they set the right tone for important meetings that could otherwise be pretty dry.
